No. The Structurer program is based on short lessons, but the work focuses on your business: your numbers, your constraints, and your decisions. At key moments, you make decisions during one-on-one meetings with us.
They are not delivered ready to use. Each deliverable starts with a template that you adapt to your actual operations, and then refine as you go, based on our feedback at key milestones.
Yes, if they have decision-making authority. The program leads to changes in the way the company operates: the person implementing it must be able to make decisions and ensure that those decisions are carried out.
As a rough guide, plan on about 3 hours per week for 3 months—or half a day. You’ll move at your own pace, working independently, with short lessons designed to fit into your busy schedule. Whenever a major decision needs to be made, you’ll receive support through one-on-one meetings.
