Understanding the company behind the operations.
We step in when a company reaches the stage where its operations need to evolve as it grows.
"Growth does not solve structural problems. It reveals them."
Growing without reassessing your organizational structure only increases the mental workload and weakens your teams.
A company can operate successfully for a long time thanks to its leader’s energy and hands-on involvement. But eventually, that’s no longer enough: operations become more complex, tools pile up, and the leader finds himself at the center of every decision.
A company should never grow at the expense of the person who runs it. When every unforeseen event rests on a single person, the entire business becomes vulnerable. A solid structure restores clarity and freedom to the leader.

Behind ReliO.
A conviction born of field experience.
For the past fifteen years, I have been working in the luxury hospitality and vacation rental industry, including six years at Airbnb, where I served as Operation Manager for the Co-Host Program.
Demanding, fast-growing environments where you must learn to establish structure without slowing things down, make decisions without trying to control everything, and drive an organization forward without losing control.
That's when I realized something essential: a company's performance depends just as much on how it is structured as on what it produces.
Over the years, I’ve also seen the downside of poorly structured growth: the leader becomes the central hub for everything, operations become more complex, decisions pile up, and the company ends up growing around him rather than alongside him.
That is precisely where ReliO has its origins, based on a conviction that has become the guiding principle of my approach: growth has value only when it creates greater control and freedom.
Rather than always trying to do more, I advocate for a different goal: building a company that works better.
- Structure what needs to be structured.
- Simplify what can be simplified.
- Steering with the right metrics.
- Automate tasks that no longer require human intervention, without ever compromising quality.
- Above all, gradually reduce the company's dependence on its leader.
In this way, I help business leaders transform a business that still relies too heavily on them into a well-structured company capable of growing with greater autonomy.
Because growing a business shouldn't mean spending more and more time on it. ReliO was created to approach this challenge differently.

What guides our work.
“A sound strategy must be actionable. A process must be implemented. A tool must address a need. And technology has value only when it truly improves how the company operates.”
