Recipients and Subcontractors
Your data is processed by ReliO Consulting and by the following technical service providers, who act on its instructions:
- Google (Google Workspace for email, tracking applications, and receiving diagnostic results; Google Analytics for audience measurement)
- Calendly LLC (appointment scheduling)
- Netlify, Inc. (website hosting, receipt of applications)
- Notion Labs, Inc. (lead and customer tracking)
- The Rocket Science Group LLC, Mailchimp (email delivery)
- n8n GmbH, n8n Cloud service (automation of data transfer between these tools)
Transfers Outside the European Union
These service providers may process your data in the United States. Google, Calendly, Netlify, Notion, and Mailchimp are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognized as providing an adequate level of protection (decision of July 10, 2023). n8n GmbH is based in Germany and hosts its data in the European Union; since its infrastructure is provided by a U.S. service provider, any data transfers are governed by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
